How to Play

1. A square flashes on the 3×3 grid every 2 seconds
2. Press POSITION when the current square matches the one from 2 steps ago
3. Score correct matches, miss false alarms
4. Each round has 20 trials

Tips & Strategy

• Start with 2-back. Don't try 3-back until you can hit 80% accuracy on 2-back.
• Don't try to remember every position consciously — let your subconscious work.
• If you panic, breathe. Stress kills working memory.
• 5–10 minutes a day is plenty. More than that = burnout.
